What does it take to get into a good uni for a international and can you stay in us ?

What do you actually need to get into a good us uni ? And like if I finish my 4 four year and I want to get a graduate major or a phd can I ? I wanna be a neuropsychological researcher so I’d be working in the uni system …

For international students, the biggest hurdle is money. Good universities here will cost them over $50,000 per year, there is little to none financial aid at public universities, and it’s extremely competitive to get meaningful financial aid from private ones. If you’re a good student, do well on SATs, and have money, you will likely get into good schools in the US. Some will welcome you with open arms! (and wallets.)

But if you need substantial financial aid – that’s when wanting to study here becomes an uphill battle.

Yes, you can stay here for graduate school. But once you finish your studies, you may be required by your visa restrictions to leave the country.
