I finally did something fun, whew. Otherwise it’s been the same regular boring routine where I certainly do things that I enjoy, but does that count as fun? It was fun buying a new toaster oven since our old one died in commiseration with the refrigerator that’s being replaced in a couple of weeks. The new one is infrared and it’s very fast! We splurged an extra $20 to get white to match the other appliances. So that’s kind of fun.
But we actually went out last night because the realtor who sold us our house throws an annual cocktail party at her office for clients and gives everyone a pie. So we drove up to La Jolla and had munchies and champagne and chatted with people. It was fun.
