<p>I was looking at some of the old threads and I was just wondering whatever happened to Globalist and Breeze?</p>
<p>Silence is deafening. I think there’s a larger trend, here. CC does not seem to attract as many postings as it has in the past. These two (I miss them, too!) are only a few of the many who have moved on in their lives. </p>
<p>Notice, for example, that JMU has almost no posts in the past month. I remember when JMU was churning as much as UVA.</p>
<p>I think Globalist posted something only a few months ago, but Breeze hasn’t posted anything for a while. I especially enjoyed reading Breeze’s comments in the UVa vs. Michigan thread!</p>
<p>Well I wouldn’t be surprised if Globalist was caught up with his work in NY, which I am surmising is the reason for his lack of input these few months.</p>
<p>He probably doesn’t realise this, but he was a big factor in helping me figure out that UVA was where I wanted to be. :)</p>

<p>Sorry that I’ve been away. Yes, I’ve been quite busy up here in NY working for 2 TV networks. Plus in August & September, I was busy organizing a number of joint fundraisers for UVA and for a gay homeless shelter here in Manhattan - a center created for teens who were kicked out of their homes by their own parents because they were gay. Sad really. Who would have ever thought that a joint fundraiser for both UVA and gay homeless kids could be successful? But hey, the events turned out really great!</p>
