Get the best grades you can, get yourself involved in extra curricular activities such as sports or clubs and stick to them. It’s better to be involved in a few things for more than one year than a lot of things over the years. And if you can, get leadership positions in them. Get good SAT scores. Take difficult classes. Write a good essay and you should be good :]

Don’t worry. With the direction you’re headed, I’ll surprised if you don’t make it it in a good college. Just do what you love, and if you don’t know what you love yet, try different things out (I’d personally suggest you stick to the tennis thing, but eh, I’m biased because I LOVE tennis) and just enjoy everything while it’s easy. Your junior year will kick your butt, so just relax now. I don’t mean slack off, but don’t get too stressed over anything. It’s not worth it, promise.
