What is the best state to study?

<p>I’m going to USA for my associate degree in Biotechnology.So I consider about Community College.So What is the best state to consider about?</p>

<p>SoCal has some nice CCs</p>

<p>like Orange Coast College or Citrus College</p>

<p>NY,Pennsylvania ,Virginia and California for community colleges since if u want to continue you can transfer into top state universities in the country</p>

<p>CA especially North CA it has De Anza College which is probably Top 5 CC in the country. If you transfer from De Anza you can transfer to any UC (if that is your intention) really easy.</p>

<p>California. It has a great college system with 3 levels, the bottom being CC. The state supports its CC and you can transfer to any UC or CSU after 2 years.</p>
