^^^^ like shrooms :)

Nah, I disagree. If you start with the hard stuff before you drink beer, you’ll be all set. If you do it the other way around, that’s what gets you sick.

I’ll admit that I’m pretty big into the party scene, and I’m a pretty big fan of drinking socially. It’s not peer pressure or anything, it’s just that my football team is pretty close and that’s what my friends do. They don’t pressure me to drink, nor do they pressure me to smoke (I never have); the kids that don’t want to don’t have to and no one “makes fun” of them because of it. Drinking doesn’t make you “cool”, it’s just something to do to socialize. It hasn’t ruined our lives (hell, the football team is the defending two-time state champions (www.mansfieldfootball.org)) and I’m going DI for track.
It seems like a lot of people on here are sheltered by this whole world/scene/whatever you call it. I say try it once, if you don’t like it, don’t do it again.

Yeah, I was actually thinking shrooms. I just didn’t post it, was going to PM him if he asked (I’m not trying to **** people off here). The first time I tried, they made me throw up (they taste terrible), but the past few times it’s been awesome. You just need to have the right mentality, setting, and friends. I’ll try to not stray too far off topic though.

If you’re interested, a really good site is www.erowid.org, they have a ton of information on every substance from alcohol to drugs you’ve probably never heard of.

I am quite surprised by how much some people are sheltered. I wonder sometimes if I’m the only one who goes to a school where alcohol and weed aren’t rampant, but pretty common

Because it is so much fun!! When you are drunk, you can have a good anywhere. All of a sudden ugly people are hott, drop kicking your roomate’s door seems like a really good idea, and by the end of the night you have a whole lot more friends than you did just hours earlier. There was a time when i thought drinking was the unforgivable sin, but seriously try it and you’ll realize that its just fun.

I am a reserved and uptight person and alcohol definitely loosens me up and relaxes me. During my family reunion I was stressed out from making preparations. After a rum and coke and a few beers I could relax and enjoy myself.

But I’ve also had a bad side-effect from alcohol. I once had a shot of Jack Daniels and within 20 minutes I got a pretty bad migraine.

the unwritten law:

liquor before beer, your in the clear
beer before liquor, you get sick quicker

hahahahahaha so true…except no one told me this the first time i drank…4 beers and then shots of captain…

I love drinking…it’s so much fun. It makes for crazy good, care-free times. It’s nice to kick back and relax. It makes everything ten times better. I don’t agree with what everyone’s saying about mixing drinks. Once you’ve drank for long enough, the whole liquor before beer thing is irrelevant…hell, I put liquor in my beer. It’s really a great thing. I don’t get why some people think kids do it to be “cool.” Maybe some people do it to be “cool,” but most people just do it to have a good time with their friends. People who do things to be “cool” should be shot ne ways. Drinking’s not for everyone, though, it makes some people go crazy. I suggest you drink gin or vodka, they taste the most like water, to me, at least :).

i concur with spanks :)

Go to the corner liquor store and get a 40 oz of 8 ball malt liquor, and drink it out of a brown paper bag while listening to NWA. If you have a designated driver, roll around town in a '64 impala pumpin “straight outta compton”

Dude, if you’re driving a '64 Impala it has to be playing ‘Boyz in tha Hood’. That’s another unwritten law.

Vodka taste like water? What the hell type of cheap vodka are you drinking? :D

No, you misunderstood, silly…I said the most like water. Ne ways, it all tastes like water after you’ve had enough :).

Ohhhh, gotcha ![]()
Let’s have a CC party. . .we can be the stereotypical alcoholics.

absolutely ;)

i’m definitely in!

Boyz in tha Hood is by NWA. It was on their first album, “NWA and the Posse.” Actually it would make more sense to play “Gangsta Gangsta” since that’s what’s in the song.

Then I let the alpine play
pumpin new $hit by NWA
it was “gangsta gangsta” at the top of the list
then i played my old $hit it went something like this

That’s the Dynamite Hack version I believe you’ve quoted.

No it’s the Eazy E/NWA version I quoted. I am a “connoseiur” (sp?) of west coast gangsta rap. I know this subject matter through and through.

Note to inexperienced drinkers: Swigging 151 out of the bottle is NOT A GOOD IDEA :|
