A scholarship application asked me if I am eligible for tuition exchange.
I googled it but couldn’t find a clear answer. How would I know if I’m eligible? FYI I’m applying as a freshman and requesting financial aid.
Does one of your parents work at a college that offers tuition exchange? If not answer no.
