Was just reading this thread…someone mentioned that undergrads benefit from the faculties of some of Yale’s impressive grad schools, including drama. Yale School of Drama is usually considered the top graduate drama school in the country, BUT its faculty is exempt from undergrad teaching.

hahahah hahahah hahahah hahah ha ha ha…seriously, it’s Yale! It’s good for everything. I don’t mean to sound mean by laughing, but what would you expect? They have guys like Harold Bloom, Donald Kagan and Ian Shapiro teaching. Especially if you’re looking for a humanities education, Yale tops the charts (yes Harvard is right up there too, but I’m not going to debate that issue.) If you want to do music, Yale is the place. I’d say Yale lags in the sciences a little - and I mean only a little. If you were into scientific research, I might say Harvard or Stanford, but Yale will give you every opportunity you could dream of.

If you look at USNews for grad schools, Yale is number 1 in English and history. The greatness of the grad school runs into the greatness of the undergrad.
