Wine, Working our way thru the wine fridge., but just a few nights a week. I wish Son1 were here. He is quite the bartender and we would be drinking gin cocktails.
Wine. The last time my husband was at the UPS they asked his name and the response was, “Wine?” We aren’t actually drinking that much more, but we are definitely buying more! A lot of pinot noir and cabernet franc, and some Finger Lake rosé that this time last year we were tasting in person.
Ohhhhh.@emilybee
Good call. I love Prosecco and have a terrific sangria recipe. Weight watchers really needs to allocate some more alcohol points! Lol!
In our house we break the week up with Wine Wednesday. I’ll usually mix a drink or two on Friday nights, then my wife and I share a bottle of white wine on Saturday nights. Other than that I’m a water and milk guy the rest of the week.
As @gkunion knows I own a very small botanical vodka brand. Over the past few years, to post cocktails on our social media, I’ve amassed quite a few odds and ends, and I am “using them up” – drinking the Lillet, the vermouth etc. I will say, I’m doing the same thing with my pantry – trying to use up all the one-off ingredients I’ve accumulated over the years.
@cinnamon1212 Exactly! I’ve amassed so many bottles of Tequila over the last few years from suppliers that I’ve decided to deplete my inventory to make room for other things.
One night awake we drink margaritas from our neighborhood Mexican joint. We’ve had 2 weeks where they could sell us them mixed and 2 where they sold the mix and we had to add our booze.
My happy hour drink of choice is a tasty craft beer. Mostly IPAs-- the hoppier and higher ABV the better

Well for those of us who like gin cocktails, the tonic shelves in the grocery store have been depleted. Might it be because the scientific illiterate see the word quinine on the label?

Where do you live? The best part of moving to the Boston area for me has been the amazing local craft beers. I too love a hoppy double IPA. Sadly, I know way too many good ones to recommend. Lol!
