What question did YOU come up with?

How do you view your identity, and if you could change it, who would you like to become?

<p>my friend got in early and his question was, “What is truth?”
another friend got in early and his question was something like, “Someone once said that, ‘when everyone else disagrees with you, you are absolutely wrong - or absolutely right.’ Please describe a time when you faced incredible opposition.”
Both friends got in and both were also told that they had contributed outstanding questions in personal notes from admissions.</p>

<p>In the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Arthur Dent is whisked away into space by his alien friend moments before Earth is destroyed. Unfortunately, Arthur didn’t have time to bring any belongings. However, he did carry with him ideas like democracy, freedom, love, hate, etc. If you traveled into outer space, what idea, object, or philosophy would you bring with you?</p>

<p>I ADORE that movie! (and the book!) Douglas Adams is a genius, and the movie is so ridiculous, but it’s great. The books themselves are just…i read all five over spring break last year, each within a day… the man has a great sense of humor. </p>
