What schools give int'lls aid?

<p>There are eight universities which are need-blind towards internationals, but I’d like to know which universities, though not need-blind, give equal financial aid to internationals. Also, if there are other “degrees of aid” among universities, information pertaining to those would be very helpful as well.</p>
