What states do BS packages come to?

Long time lurker here first time poster! But something I’ve noticed a lot of people freak out about is BS packages before M10 so i was actually wondering if any of you guys actually received one and what your state/country was. I’ll update the post with states who do and don’t receive the packages as more responses come in.

I am confused. I thought there was mutual agreement among the schools that 10 March is the day everyone notifies. Do some schools disregard this agreement?

I believe the OP is asking about the portfolio astrology of tracking packages scheduled to arrive M10

March 10 is the official date but there are definitely schools notifying before then - at least this past spring when the 10th was a Sunday.

As for the packages sent to admitted students - there appears to be a theory here that since packages are sent before the 10th in order to arrive on the 10th, if you sign up for notifications from USPS, FedEx, UPS, you might “know” before the 10th. Last year I tested this - although USPS would not do notifications to my address. I’ve since gotten dozens of notifications from FedEx and UPS about packages on their way to us, but NONE were about the packages my son received from schools. And the packages all arrived AFTER Sunday the 10th.

They don’t to my knowledge some schools depending on where you live send out accepted students packages as a ‘congratulations’ after being admitted (sometimes they arrive early or late depending on where you live.) I was just starting this thread to see which states actually got packages to hopefully make a list about it later. Since I’ve heard some east coast states get them while more far off places (California) do not so just asking to see how true that is

I believe packages are sent to all students in the US. Students outside the US may not get packages and/or not get them on M10.
