Apartments, walking distance: Cameron, 24 Longview, Grayson, Montgomery, Nueces, Sterling, Karnes, The G, The Quarters, 21 Rio, The Block, 26 West, 21 Pearl, 2400 Nueces, Circle West Campus

Apartments lease is for 12 months. Dorms - for school year only, you have to leave during Winter break and right after May finals. Very inconvenient for OOS students.
If you are FAFSA eligible there is SMART housing. Apartment complexes have number of apartments that they rent cheaper, with discount if you provide financial aid information. The program is through city of Austin. Don’t ask me how to find it. Probably facebook and ask current students, or find real estate agent, or just sit down and start calling all apartments.
