No. TIP is a separate program in 360 Connections, has its own mentors and the interest group around UGS 303 Critical Thinking for the 21st Century. According to UT information you can combine TIP with FRI or ULN.

Women in Natural Sciences (WINS)
Biology Scholars Program (BSP)
Freshman Interest Groups (FIGs)
Honors Programs (like Dean’s Scholars, etc.)

Day 1 6:30-8 p.m. 360 Connections Meetings Required for students in participating 360 Connections
TIP Scholars will have a separate meeting with all the explanations about their SPECIAL classes and how to register.
