When I procrastinate, it causes me to stay up late trying to concentrate and finish my work. When I stay up too late, I hate myself for being so stupid and procrastinating, then I feel so stressed and can’t help but cry when that happens. Besides stop procrastinating, what can I do to relieve the stress at night?
Take a break every once in a while. Walk around the house. Listen to music. Get a snack. When you return to your work you will be less stressed and more productive
