What would you do if you had all the time in the world?

Have you ever had this gut feeling, that you want to do something badly but other things are more imminent and kind of knock it down the list. But you find yourself wanting to do it still…just too many other things going on. Why don’t we make a list of these things?

tito777: Writing a book - I have the plot, I have the idea, I even got started(1/4 through) but with school and ECs, I just don’t have the time.

If i had all the time in the world, then i would do absolutely nothing. (duh) I think the reason why we do stuff is becuase we don’t have all the time in the world.

good point…

Shopping and talk to my friends.

-Sleep (duh)
-Sounds extremely nerdy, but study more on a single subject instead of breezing through
-Peace Corps
-Visit almost every country in the world
-Learn guitar
-Earn over 2 bachelors degrees

yup, the list goes on and on. :)

exercise (get in shape) and walk/drive all over WA state

Write a book, become fluent in Japanese and Korean, become a master at acting, dancing, bboying(breakdancing), and singing.

I would
-Travel the World
-Sleep Sleep Sleep (I never get enough sleep. Im tired everytime I wake up)
-Learn Spanish and French
-Read all the books I can get my hands on
P.S. I would absolutely not write a book. I hate writing but I love reading.

Considering I wouldn’t die, join the military.

I’d reinvent hedonism a thousand times.

Here’s some more in my list;

Read a ton,
Travel (hike in the Himalayas),
Do more math…Just math, and fun math
Dream (sleep)
Write a song…
and yes the list goes on…

Master all math
Master all Computer Science
Master all physics

Earn money for robotics

i’d quit studying because it’s so stressful

at least i’d quit for several months. in any case science wont matter if time is infinite cuz a large reason why i study science is that i can understand ways through which i could prolong the amount of time i have (whether through life extension, sleep reduction, space colonization, or increasing the length of my subjective intervals of time)

well science is still inherently interesting, but i’ve hurt myself so much over studying the language of it

then i’d play all the computer games I’ve missed due to years of masochism

for months, months, months! all the RPGs, all the RTS’s, everything. aoe3, cod4, dragon age, bioshock, mass effect, the list goes on and on and on and on

and i guess I also pressure myself so much due to my limited time. i dont want to be an old parrot by the time I finally learn quantum electrodynamics

See, there is a lot I would like to learn but, only I don’t like it when the pressure mounts, doing something just to do it because you enjoy it is a lot different from having to cram for five exams.

Drawing and Origami

-Exercise
-Read, read, read!
-Learn French
-Hang out with friends all the time
-Write
