Like the virus thread, this thread is getting depressing. Yes, there are a lot of bad. But there are also a lot of good, policemen marching together, people coming together to help clean up. Marches are multiracial, most looting started by one or two fringe group, not by general angry mob, etc. I think this is a fine country. Believe out or not, this is also the least racist country imo.
I want for Covid to go away, vaccine and / or treatment available. I want to hug my elderly mom who has not been able to leave her house for two months now. I want my graduating college senior be able start her adult life the way she wanted pre Covid.
Well, a massage would be great. Or someone to come clean and organize everything. 
A few beers in a crowded smoky bar would be good.
H wants to have a state we can take over to build a diverse community that will lift each other up and work together, much like @Creekland.
I would like to see and hug my daughter. I’m grateful to have had both sons here for extended stays.

For D and SIL to be able to take their toddler (and newborn) ANYWHERE so they can have a nice day doing things that toddlers like to do.

I want my eyes to stop itching and running. I have long wanted a crystal ball to know how things turn out. Oh, and I really want all fast food drive-through speakers to be as clear as the broadcasts that come from outer space.
A new, smart, beautiful and loyal dog like the one I just lost! Elderly is OK… so am I!
To have my house all to myself! Too many people saying in my home. To see my parents in person. Get real books from library and go to church in person.
I’d like a guaranteed timeline for a vaccine, but I know that’s just wishful thinking. I have a new granddaughter due in October in West Palm Beach. I would love to feel safe flying to them so I can meet her before she can say my name and walk to meet me!
I’d also like a kinder America, starting at the top. So many people deserve better than what they are getting.
Health and financial considerations aside:
I want to be able to jump into an ocean… spend time with my mom… plan a fall trip to Europe… see my country bounce back economically and grow into “a more perfect union.”
I would like to float in any clean our fairly clean outdoor body of water whether that is a pool, a river, a pond, a lake, or the ocean. Just float along and look at the sky and the clouds, and duck under water sometimes and float some more. That would be nice.
Not have to go to the eye doctor tomorrow but I’m going and it should be OK. I’ll wear a mask and so will they. I won’t touch my face until after I get home and wash my hands or shower. But that will be my first up close and in person interaction with anyone since this all started.
Wish my son’s graduation could be a normal graduation. Wish we had an available treatment for Covid already or very soon and ditto for the vaccine.
Wish people would listen to one another more (myself included on both ends of that), and that there was peace and people were treated justly and equally and had equal opportunities.
I wish a bunch more things today in particular but don’t up to thinking about any of them now.

On a more serious note…to see all these terrific young people get to start their adult lives without all this crap going on right now. Kind of feels like getting under the desk for bomb drills was pretty easy compared to what they deal with.
