What would you tick?

<p>I am from Hong Kong and have earned distinctions in many competitions that have involved people from all around Hong Kong. Should I tick the regional box on the common application or the national box?</p>

<p>Asking because Hong Kong is somewhat independent of China, even though Hong Kong is small, and has its own government.</p>
