Our city ( and its “twin” ) is hosting a big marathon this weekend. SIL’s brother is running it so he along with their parents are arriving today. SIL and his parents are running the 5k tomorrow morning and I hear GD might be running the “ toddler trot”. We will watch SIL’s brother run on Sunday from a spot near the lake about a mile or so from my house.
In addition, H’s sisters are driving up here and should arrive tomorrow afternoon ( they will stay with me). They are coming to see us and meet the new GS. This was the only weekend that worked for them and it’s a quick trip. I look forward to seeing them.
