What's your safety blanket?

<p>Every day that I feel overwhelmed by the everyday challenges given to me I always turn to music to keep my sanity from escaping me. What’s your “safety blanket” that you fall back on when you feel pressured?</p>

<p>My beautiful skin… Oh wait.</p>

<p>I suppose its also music, or homicidal ideation.</p>

<p>I start shaking (on purpose) and clear my mind if something upset me. I also turn into this Silence I-don’t-care mood if some interrupt me when I’m trying to prove a point. Music don’t really do it for me but I guess popping a bag of popcorn and drinking pop the way to go.</p>

<p>When I’m at home my bed lol.</p>

<p>When I’m not though I kinda play out a story in my head (like a novel type story). Makes me feel more in control about certains thigns.</p>

<p>Lol. I do like action/adventure daydream in my head. Super-imagination!</p>

<p>Music. It takes me to a place so far from every problem I have ever experienced. I’ve even worked through hard stuff by writing music about it. Somehow being able to express my emotions in a way that only I can truly interpret accurately just releases so much pain. Also I listen to music a lot.</p>

<p>Writing poetry.</p>

<p>Piano, piano, and some more piano. Lol. I also play out scenarios if I am not at home.</p>

<p>Piano, food, crying (when I’m REALLY overwhelmed).</p>

<p>Dance or sleep.</p>
