When does Common App download Transcripts from Parchment

Hello,

Thanks for your guidance in advance .

My son applied to few colleges in EA through Common App. He did send his HS transcript to Common App few weeks ago using Parchment. The status on Parchment is that the Transcript is ready to be downloaded by receiver ( which is Common App) . The colleges which he applied to are saying that they are still awaiting transcripts . When does Common App download the transcripts from Parchment and forward them to colleges ? The School Report is still not completed by my son’s HS counseler . Who should we contact ?
