<p>I come from Albania. Some universities in USA require this form on their application requirements. Normally the application should be sent before the end of the last year (12th grade). But how am I supposed to send this form before I finish the leaving exams? <p>Send your 11th class official score report along with the predicted 12th class scores…It should be filled by your counselor. Do not put your hand into the predicted grades.</p>
