Well, I once did too many Sit ups and I couldn’t laugh for a few days.

Only when I bench 315.

when i don’t work out all summer or something, & then start up again, omg, my whole body hurts, haha. or just after really horrible ab exercises : P

Yes, thanks to lactic acid build-up.

lol we’re all such fatarses. Whenever I go on vacation to a city and walk around all day, my legs get sore. It’s pathetic (but with my mom’s city trekker tendencies, we probably do like 8 miles a day).

Not always, if I have tender/sore body parts, it comes from not excercising or playing a sport for several months or getting badly hurt during a game. I mean I have had days where I feel worse even when i’m in shape, but as long as I stay somewhat fit, I shouldn’t feel that bad. Now if during a game I get bruised up badly, tha’s a different story…haha

I don’t feel sore after ballet unless we’ve just come back from summer/winter break. Every once in a while, skiing makes me sore. Running kills me.

Hahahah…I’m more the long-distance type, but I once did 200m for school athletics heats. I couldn’t laugh for three days because of less than a minute of running.

I can feel pretty sore after lifting, but I can’t say I’ve ever walked differently - although I’m sometimes “clumsy” for a short period after lifting.

I feel weird after using a treadmill. Everything moves funny.

Nope. Although, I’ve never been as out of shape as I am now. Let me go work out and I’ll get back to you (falls asleep).

My legs don’t get sore, unless I’ve been doing squatting the previous day. And I don’t squat much. When my arms are sore I don’t walk walk funny.

The worst time was after running up and down the stairs at my school’s stadium. They’re pretty steep, we were doing that for a while, and it was my first time running them like that, so the next day I seriously had issues walking up and down the stairs to go to class. And my school has a lot of stairs.

The day after running four miles after not really running for months isn’t too fun either.

Every time after returning to the track after a long break, for the first day or so I can’t walk properly because of muscle fatigue.

Honestly… once I hit junior year working out wasn’t a problem anymore.

I always get sore…even when In shape…My legs get really sore. I did the workout again today though so I should be fine tomorrow. I did better on my mile, but DeFiNeTlY not good enough. I got 8min.15sec. I’m out of shape…

That actually happens to me shortly after I work out. After jogging on a treadmill or doing a few crunches usually.

I don’t get sore shortly after…I feel fine, but the next day when I wake up…oww.
