Did I miss some directive? So many posters no longer have pictures.

Pictures…where? Are you talking about the avatars…because I still see them just fine on my iPad.
Can you give any examples of posters whose photos are missing?
On the tread “Giving Car to Kid” there are 9 responses without avatars.
On “How Well Do You Know Your Neighbor” there are 11 responses with no avatars.
At least on my screen! and this is new over the last week or so. I will
check my settings.

I’m using an iPhone SE and an iPad Air and there are avatar pics for everyone. You do need to wait for them to load or some are white boxes .
I am on an apple home computer–same one I have used for the past few years.
Ok, just checked my mini iPad…and they are all there!
How can my office computer decide to pick and choose? What possible setting
would that even be…call me mystified.
I just checked my mini iPad and they are all there. And now there are even more missing on
my home computer. No problems with any other places I go on the web just CC.
They do not load even if I am patient.
Maybe telling me I spend too much time here?
I will have to figure out what settings are causing this.

No–we have not done anything for ages.
I just cannot understand how it picks and chooses which ones to show.

I think it probably has something to do with a needed update on your computer - like Flash or something.

I am so confused.
I typically use an apple laptop and I’ve noticed this intermittently in the past - comes and goes. For some reason I have the impression that those I couldn’t see were from folks posting via phone.
Given a choice I would rather have the old data than any avatar- location as chosen, date joined…
LOL I thought maybe several posters were shown the door (they lose their avatar then).
Somehow all of the avatars are back. No idea why.
