I have been seeking a college level tutor and I have posted in so many sites and I garner nothing close to what I am seeking. What am I doing wrong and what sites should I look at?
I’m not exactly sure what you mean by college level tutor. If you are in college, your school should have a tutoring center or other resources so that students can find tutors. Maybe ask your professor for recommendations of former students. Or do you mean that you are in high school and want a college student to tutor you? There’s probably a job site at a local college where you can post that you are looking for a tutor.

Yes, and many colleges seem to have lots of students offering to tutor other students, and you can find plenty of posters giving contact details just by walking around campus
