Well, it has HI greyed out with no key as to what that means. It does show the VA and CA are getting considerable net migration, but that’s likely because there are jobs in those areas. I don’t really see the article or map presenting anything new or earth shattering. In many HCOL places, I don’t believe you can buy any decent housing for the $200k the article mentions, including CA and VA. In any case states are HUGE and just talking about states as a whole is not very useful.
