Bushās Twins: one went to Yske, the other to UT-Austin
Sheās going to Michigan.
Go BLUE!
Hopefully, Iāll get to see her at the Michigan-Notre Dame game on 10/26.
And Go IRISH too!
Sasha has been seen on campus here. I havenāt seen her yet.
This morning, there were pictures of her on UMich campus, and allegedly, she has been spotted getting orientedā¦
West Quad is where she is at from my sources. ?.
She was no where in North Campus when moving my son back in.
She gonna be at the game. Interesting to see how that all works out. Hope she is able to have a sorta normal college life. Her sister seemed to adjust well.
So far all you have are UFO sighting style tabloid news. Neither parents nor any official from college or Obama staff confirmed anything.
Thereās an IG post or posts of her making the rounds on campus shared amongst the billions.
I donāt understand the desire to track her whereabouts. I hope she can have as normal a college experience and as much privacy as is possible.
@doschicos Masses are always curious about celebrities and their life choices.
College choices are an obvious matter of interest for College Confidential community. There arenāt many applicants who can count all colleges as their safeties, even if they are 10 times more qualified and talented than special cases.
She didnāt choose that life. Donāt treat her like a celebrity.
Hereās one of many instances when we should rise about what the āmassesā choose to do.
No argument here. Itās not only about her parents but her as well. Celebrity children do benefit from achievements of their parents but as choice to be in such position is not their own, they should retain right to their privacy. As parents, we should be respectful of safety and privacy of every child. Moderators can delete this thread.
Sheās an adult now, no longer a child.
I doubt if money is even a slight consideration for them but UM costs around $70,000/year for non residents. As majority of students are in- state paying half (or even less with aid) of what non residents pay, its a poor value for full pay non residents.
My kid is OOS and weāre not paying $70K. Tuition is about $51,000 ish plus you can find apartments for a lot less than the $12,000 ish for the freshman dorms. I consider UMich a great value to my kid and I. And outside food is cheaper than the dorm food.
^ what he said. Ditto!
I think she is going to U Michigan .
I guess you were wrong, she will be attending Michigan. You can stop your agenda now.
Just to add to my thoughts above.
UMich has tremendous resources. My kid has very good access to multiple academic advisors, free math and science tutors, a plethora of newly remodeled, slated to be remodeled or brand new academic and athletic facilities, plenty of old and new housing stock for a variety of budgets for returning students, easy scheduling thus far at least, change majors whenever you want, small campus feeling, really cute neighborhoods, great college atmosphere/town, elite education, small student teacher ratios (15:1) for a large public institution and an elite D1 athletic sports program.
Just got back tonight from A2 and I wish I could have stayed longer. All the cafes, restaurants, a fairly new 4-story YMCA, I can see why Sasha and others choose UMich.
And donāt forget, top programs like Ross, CoE, medical school/hospital, nursing program, and at least 40 LSA programs in the Top 10.
