Where to apply?

Hey guys!
I am an international student from Kazakhstan
My GPA is 3.9 out of 4
My SAT Score 1310 (EBRW 610/Math 700)
I am very socially active(School Leader/Volunteer and etc)
I don’t know what other information you need, but my main question is where to apply?
So, I have already applied to 3 schools: Skidmore College(safe school), Colgate University(target school), Dartmouth College(reach school).
I can’t choose between 3(I need to choose 2 out of them): Amherst College, Middlebury College, and Williams College
I need full scholarship(or at least almost full, because I am planning to work at university and take loans)
Where I have highest chances to get into and get a scholarship? Can someone help, please?

I’m in totally out of my element here.

But “I need full scholarship(or at least almost full” and “Safe school” don’t seem to belong in the same thread. I think you should be concentrating primarily on schools that are particularly generous with aid to international students.

It’s still very early on the east coast of the US-- others will post later who can help identify those schools.

Thank you for your reply!
Skidmore is very generous on financial aid for international students, so I am hoping for the best, lol
Maybe some of you have better suggestions(where I can have high chances to both be accepted and have scholarship)

While the rest of the US slowly wakes up-- much of us to a snowy day!-- why not take a look at the forum on International Students here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/international-students/

You may find the information you’re looking for somewhere.

Honestly, you may be considering some schools at which you have a near zero chance of acceptance (Amherst, Williams, Dartmouth, Colgate . . .), at least based on your SAT score and need for financial assistance.

For example, the middle-range SAT for accepted students at Colgate falls at 1400-1520:

Skidmore might make a nice reach, however.

What about Colby?

You need more schools in Skidmore’s rough statistical range, or perhaps some that are less selective:

Maybe Wheaton (MA)?
