It says cafe but they dont serve coffee. I smell a lawsuit. Discuss the lack of coffee.

I don’t know about you … but I bring my own! :)

Thats actually not a bad idea (BYOC), but I still believe that designating this section as a cafe gives one a false sense of expectation for coffee and coffee related delacacies. I think it should be called “Parent Discussion Room” or “Parents Only”, although the latter makes it seem as if the forum is occupied by wierd sexual deviants and internet perverts. Any thoughts?

I’ve had so much caffeine to stay awake during our ‘6 schools in 4 days college tour’ that I’m not sleeping and after 7 hours in the car start initiating hair-splitting, semantic arguments w/HS son and singing in fake accents just to irritate him.

Virtual coffee is far, far preferred, believe me.

Virtual coffee also tastes sweet, like the milk from a coconut.

Lots of tasty treats in here (and some coffee, too, I think):

CCFanatic–your thread doesn’t come with coffee? Oh, darn. Must be a glitch in your operating system. What a shame; it’s really good, too. :)

CCFanatic - I am not sure what is up with your computer… mine even comes with a retractable coffee cup holder - you push this little button on the side marked “DVD” (not sure what that stands for) and this neat little tray pops out that is just perfect for my coffee cup…

I’m not a coffee drinker, but, after staying up for the whole All-Star game, I need some this morning!

I went to bed after Billy blew the save–as we say in Metsdom, at least he wasted one of his blown saves on some other game than ours, for a change.

I’m glad I missed the rest, I hear it got pretty uggla.

Ouch, garland! Good one.

I’m serving tea - anyone like some???

I’ll have some, thanks. No lemon please. I’ll bring some blueberry scones over.

garland wins!

scualum , lolololol.

Oh, now I’m mad.

I thought that cupholder was working very nicely, but the coffee in my cup was getting a little cold, so I pushed “DVD” again for a refill… Coffee everywhere.

I’d like to speak to the manager! >=(

I have never had a cup of java in my life, no kidding. Don’t like coffee.

But I just want to point out that while this cafe may not be servin’ coffee, you could mosey on over to Sinner’s Alley in this same cafe and they are servin’ other sorts of drinks over there. :D

I had the greatest cup of coffee today. I’m a pretty “new” coffee drinker (though my dad told me when I was thirteen that I was growing up and it was time for me to start drinking coffee!), but I’ve descended into the addict category impressively quickly. Anyway, this coffee was some kind of combination of coffees from Indonesia and Africa. I had gotten a cup of it in the morning, and because of how great it was I actually bypassed my office’s free coffee (Folgers) and spent a portion of my lunch hour waiting in this cafe’s long, long line just to get another cup. Can you serve us that kind?

The nice thing about the coffee here on CC is that it doesn’t cost what Starbucks coffee costs. :D

Corranged, hope that coffee was fair trade!
