Last year there were 3371 students accepted to Cambridge, of whom 23 were from the US. There are 29 colleges at Cambridge. I don’t know which of them took the most American students, and suspect that it will be difficult to figure that out, but there is no college that will have a significant number of US students.

Apologies if you know this, but entry to Medicine in the UK (at any university) is exceptionally difficult for overseas students, as there are very strict limits on student counts. Cambridge is allowed a maximum of 22 overseas students (out of 260 places). I don’t know first-hand for Cambridge, but Oxford rarely takes it’s full quota (their quota is 14; last year they took 3). The reason for the quotas is clinical placements, which are controlled by the National Health Service.
