which CSU has best music/musical theater program?

<p>Hi, I am interested in transferring to a Cal-state and go from there to hopefully get into USC as a popular music major and musical theater minor… which CSU has the best program for music?</p>

<p>Do I understand that you’re in college now and want to transfer to a CSU as an intermediate step before transferring again to USC? I don’t know that planning multiple transfers at once is a good idea in any field, but Musical Theatre is a field which demands 70-80% of your academic hours, often requires that you get in line for roles behind behind students with longer seniority, and benefits from developing long-term relationships with your instructors. It’s not necessarily well-suited for bouncing from one program to another.</p>
