<p>I’m having a hard time deciding which electives to take. Right now, I’m enrolled in Introduction to Java and Dramatics. My school requires a year of preforming arts and a year of practical arts. Java fills in half a year of practical, and Dramatics fills in a year of Preforming. I already have a background in Java and I’m sure I will do well in that class, so I could take AP Computer Science A the next year, as Intro to Java is a prerequisite for it.</p>
<p>However, I’m also interested in doing an independent study of AP Economics (Macro and Micro) my junior year, which are considered business courses, thus, they’re practical arts.</p>
<p>Should I just finish my preforming arts all in one year and do AP economics next year?</p>
