Which grades' marks for an International Indian are checked for college admission in the US?

Are grades/marks of 9, 10, 11 and 12 checked or is it different? I am an Indian studying in the CBSE syllabus.

It depends on the school. Most are 9th grade on. Some, like University of California, are 10th grade on. There is no difference between international applicants and domestic applicants in terms of which grades are viewed.
