Which is seen as "more challenging": IB Chinese A2 SL or IB Chinese B HL

I’m taking this in addition to 4 APs.

Assuming that I can get As in both of them…

IB Chinese A2 the level is significantly higher than IB Chinese B

but HL has a heavier workload than SL, for those familiar with IB. For example, IB English HL would read 15 texts or something, and SL would only read 9 texts or whatnot.

so basically, if I go IB Chinese B HL, i would go at a easier level with more work OR

IB Chinese A2 SL, i would go at a harder level with less work.

and sorry, IB Chinese A2 HL is not an option for me. i can barely handle 4 APs

So which is seen as more challenging?

One course is for native speakers, the other isn’t. Which are you?

yea i guess.

the thing is theres this annoying teacher who “never” gives As (okay, out of like 50 students she has 1 A student… ugh a favorite).

so i want to avoid her.

and our school’s system for chinese language is that right now, i have already taken the non-IB equivalent of the IB chinese B level. which means that i either take A2 or take the next non-IB level. A2 has a teacher i REALLY want to avoid!

oh and just to make things better she teachis ALL ib a2
