Which of these are best for theatre?

<p>I’ve been accepted to IU and plan on applying to a few more schools.</p>

<p>Here’s my list:
Oberlin
Middlebury
Colgate
Wesleyan
Tufts
Skidmore
Northwestern</p>

<p>I’m an oberlin graduate & though it is a great school & has many strengths, the theatre department is sorely underfunded. However, there have been some very talented actors and directors who have come out of the school, but they may have been attracted to the generally artsy atmosphere & steller music program. I’d say northwestern is probably the best fit off your list.</p>

<p>Middlebury has a great program as well…their productions have been finalists several times at the American College Theater Festival <a href=“Events | Middlebury College”>Events | Middlebury College;

<p>Very few small liberal arts colleges achieve that recognition in the theater world</p>
