Which schools are strong in theater AND visual arts?

After many years of deep interest and involvement in visual arts - painting, drawing, glasswork, ceramics, digital photography, flash animation, etc. - my son has become deeply involved in theater. In addition to acting (including some lead roles), he’s done tech work, set construction, and lighting design. We’re looking for schools that offer strong training in both theater AND visual arts, including studio and digital arts. For obvious reasons we’re looking at liberal arts colleges rather than a conservatory acting program or fine arts school. He attends a small, progressive HS which doesn’t calculate GPA (plus he’s still in junior year) but let’s assume around 3.5 and SAT scores around 1300 (based on SSAT predicted performance). Suggestions for reach and safety schools, anyone? Thanks so much.
