Which to choose?

If you had the choice between taking a summer college course in sociology or world mythology which would you choose? I’m not sure which one to pick. World mythology sounds cool but I could probably learn it myself just through reading books . . . and sociology sounds nice too but I’m not really entirely sure of what it’s about.

world mythology sounds amazing…plus, I think it would help you out in future readings, as it is so often alluded to in literature and poetry.

I took AP Human Geography last year, which basically apeared to be “AP Sociology + Some Other Things”… And it simply wasn’t worth it. Most of what I actually got out of the class was some vocabulary. As swifty said, world mythology will definitely help you in future literature classes for the sake of allusions and parallels, and will almost certainly be more fun besides!

I took sociology last year as a junior at the local junior college. Its kinda boring. World Mythology would be much more interesting.

world mythology.

depends on your interest?
i don’t like mythology, but i’m taking sociology this summer.
hmm

ive done both, i preferred sociology.

neither, I’m not a humanities person.

I think mythology sounds cool. But it’s not practical. If you want something that’s the least bit useful, take sociology.

i prefer sociology rather than mythology.

I’d pick sociology, because I could just read mythology on my own.
