<p>Erotic comes from the word eros which originally meant love in both the physical and perfect “soulmate” type love. There are further definitions for it, and it’s a shame that a word with such a beautiful original meaning has taken on something else and is now “gross.”</p>

<p>This is very common in the schools my daughters attend where caucasians are in the minority. Nobody thinks much about it. This is not true in other parts of the country. Several years ago our office manager who is of asian descent and her husband who is a caucasian cardiologist went to a convention in South Carolina. When they went to dinner and were waiting to be seated, it seemed as if a number of people in the restaurant were looking with some interest toward the entrance of the restaurant. Our manager and her husband , thinking that someone famous had walked into the restaurant behind them, turned to face the door as well. There was no one there. It was only then that they realized that they themselves were the objects of curiosity.</p>

<p>Because i’m sure many ppl find it silly that your goal in life is to marry a person based on their race. Why would that be your goal…it would be normal if your goal was to be happily married. but your statement implies that you place most of the importance on the race or your wife</p>
