<p>@WHhopefulgirl Never sell yourself short!!! NEVER!!! If we want something bad enough we will get it. Some of the greatest opportunities I have been presented with were when I least expected because others have seen potential in me. The same can apply for you as well. Applying for this program is half the battle and shows that you want it. I have wanted to apply for this internship for two years but just never took the application serious and followed through. I made a commitment to finish it and follow through this time.</p>
<p>@FuturePharmD You are completely right. Originally, I wasn’t going to apply either but something just kept telling me to give it a try. I’ve already made up my mind if I don’t get the internship for the summer, I’ll apply for the Fall. They’ve got to eventually see the potential right? 
But I still am holding on to the possibility of getting it this summer and I hope you do too!</p>

I wonder how this process will be if accepted for me as I am in Budapest, Hungary completing my first MA. (?) Oh well good luck to everyone, let’s hope to all meet this summer! :)</p>

<p>^ Ha ha. Don’t tell us that. While I have an impressive resume IMHO, I’m all of twenty so it leaves a lot to be desired and I’m not the most proud of my essays. :D</p>

<p>@WHhopefulgirl I kind of wish they had three recommendations because sometimes that extra reference could make a difference but I could see where it could be burdensome on the staff to read all of them.</p>

<p>I was surprised how early the app was expected to be turned in. I’m applying to a few other summer internships and the rest aren’t due until March!</p>
