Who else won't be watching the Super Bowl? And what are you doing instead?

I know its Super Bowl Sunday. I’m planning to go to yoga, then read and watch Downton at 9.The game will be on here - H is watching and D is home so she will too.

I just have no interest. Anyone else?

Puppy Bowl.

Both the one on TV and the one in the living room with my furchild and her furcousin.

Also catching up on my school work that I’ve neglected due to puppy playing.

Count me in for not watching Superbowl. I don’t have any interest in football , but I do like the commercials.

Grocery shopping. Nice, uncrowded time to shop.

I’m definitely going to watch the start. Want to see Lady Gaga doing the National Anthem.

Then, I’m cleaning out closets.

I’ll be at a Mardi Gras ball in New Orleans

Wait. Does anyone actually watch the game???

I confess I will likely watch Lady Gaga (I’m a fan) and Coldplay. Not the game, though.

I only ever watch the halftime show. And then I’m out!

I’ll pop in for the half time show also…and stay as long as it’s decent.

Not sure anyone can top the show Bruno Mars did!

Mardi Gras is a great excuse to miss it. We were thinking of going to a parade but not sure we have the energy after a long day parading yesterday.

I could be in the same room as the Superbowl playing on a big screen TV and I still wouldn’t watch it. I have FAD (football attention deficit) and couldn’t keep my mind on it even if I wanted to, which I don’t.

If anyone can top Bruno, Coldplay can!! (IMO!)

We are invited to an annual Superbowl party but the women will be going to a movie while the men watch the game. After we get back and the game is over, we all sit down for a pot luck dinner. Works for me and keeps me away from all the appetizers the men consume during the game.

It’s a gorgeous day in So Cal. I will be outside painting. (with some Cheetos in my back pack) And then I will be back by half time to feed H more junk food. For those of you who are off to the movies----consider seeing Hail Caesar! . It’s hilarious.

H and I are not football people. We may go to the movies or perhaps just cook something a little more involved than usual and then take the time to enjoy it. To those who watch, enjoy the game!

I wish I could watch it, though my team isn’t in it. However, I’ll be flying, probably until it’s over.

We will be scouting out the Stanford Hospital campus for medical appts on Monday and Tuesday and having a great meal at a nice restaurant, where hopefully the crowds will be watching the football game instead.

This is my Super Bowl alternative.

Painting our bedroom. Not sure why we never got to it in 20 years of living here–maybe because we’re the only ones who see it.

Maybe we’ll have it on in the living room so that we can watch any particularly interesting commercials. I’m not interested in the game or the halftime show. Downton Abby tonight.
