Who here applied ED?

Not many can afford, probably a lot people will start their life with 200k debt…

@jjohn that’s the spirit! hahaha

@smartbear: we start the society and we can set help each other with opportunities and get rid of that debt ASAP… then we run the city

@ windy214 yeah, and take over the world right? :D

we gotta walk before we run

Not sure how that is related to what I said…but, I don’t necessarily intend to be a director. But if I’m producing or directing, I like films that are funny, but not really true comedies, I also like Mafia films, and period pieces…so stuff in those ranges. Most of the stuff I do now is very internal conflict based because it’s easier to do that kinda stuff with the resources that a high school kid has.

3 days now for us east coasters…

Its only 11:47 here in Chicago so in 13 minutes it will be 3 day here!!!

if they emails start at 5 pm eastern time then isnt it 3 days for everyone regardless of location?

Yeah but just day wise in general lol

serious question though. If we are obligated to retract all our other applications if we’re offered admission does that mean they can not take back their offer if our grades start to go down? obviously I’m not going to start failing classes but I also don’t plan on stressing if I mess up when I’ve been accepted to my first choice.

Hmm welll those of us who applied EDI are SO dedicated that we’re willing to even overlook the crappy financial aid and still bind ourselves to attending if accepted…

And @windy- I hope so. I hadn’t even thought about that.

windy214 - actually they can withdraw if you do absolutely fail i.e. failing every single class! your grades can drop a little but not to the point where you fail completely.

@Windy214 well, Unless you fail completely, let’s say a 10points I. Your grades drop should be a warning but they still won’t withdraw the acceptance.

Chances are, if you get ****ty enough grades to have your admission rescinded, you probably would have gotten your admission rescinded at all your other schools as well.

hey guys! I got my decision on the 8th and I’m an east coaster. I got accepted into LSP though, but I accepted. Any one else already decided?

Congrats laulirich! :)

@smartbear um I don’t know what a 10points I is, but I’m gonna go ahead and assume getting 2 more B’s than usual isn’t as bad as that

Yeah, in my school we use 100points scale. so if in terms of abc, then definitely a B or B-
but it doesn’t affect much, unless you fail…
