Who's applying ED to Penn?

Hahaha emr, I was talking about music.

@C0nqu1stador, not really, I reply to this thread, but I am not obsessed with Penn. I really want to go there, but I wouldn’t say I think about it every minute of every day.

If you notice most of my posts are questions or dumb comments; not many references to Penn.

I’d go so far as to say you are rather unique here, then, free2rhyme.

Just like your Penn interview (ba-dump-bump).

Sorry–couldn’t resist. :p

Hey guys, just wondering…How many colleges are you guys applying to in total?

Thanks, man. That really warms my heart (I am not being sarcastic). You too are an integral part of this thread. Without you, EmPaige, and sweetcookie, I would not have realized my destiny of becoming a legend on CC.

@45Percenter…ummmm… I didn’t get an interview.

Going back to an old question: What will I miss about this thread?

Its intrinsic ability to distract me from what I’m actually supposed to be doing, and the moral support I feel from people I don’t know spanning thousands of miles.

@special I’ve applied to 5 (accepted to 3 so far). If I am not accepted, I will apply to 5 more.

Someone with an 1870 SAT and 28 ACT got into Columbia… there ya go all you low testers out there.

That’s OK. The joke–stupid as it was–didn’t require that you had.

And at least 50% of applicants don’t get an interview, so don’t worry about that. :)

emr- where have you been accepted?

EmPaige, I’ve been accepted to Penn State, Pitt, and Tulane.

lol dfree did you see the ecs on that kid…there aint no way in hell im getting in with my scores i just looked at cornell and almost peed my pants

and i am applying to 8

If I don’t get accepted to Penn I’m screwed. Instead of doing my homework I’ve been hanging out on college confidential and mindlessly thinking about Penn. I need to get it together, but I just can’t stop thinking about Penn! Anyone feel the same way?

One of my favorite bands, and good words of wisdom for all of us right now.

god i want to go curl in a ball lol…haha but on the brightside i took my jap final and only answered the first two quesetions because i only needed a 9% to get an A in the class…so me and my professor laughed about it

@45 Percenter, Yeah I got it the first time, I was just playing. I just wanted to see you kill your own joke by explaining it.

@dfree, that kid was a URM with very impressive ECs. So ehhh… Not feelin’ that confident, but still better after seeing those 2300+ get accepted.

NOTICE NOTICE NOTICE: EVERYONE WHO IS SERIOUS ABOUT DOING THE OFFICIAL PENN RESULTS THREAD SHOULD FILL OUT THEIR INFO NOW OR AT LEAST BEFORE FINDING YOUR DECISIONS.

Many people on the Columbia thread didn’t give their stats because they were feeling too down. So my suggestion for people who really want to do it: do it now.

Also, whoever makes the thread, can you please use the 2013 results format? It’s here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-pennsylvania/614061-official-penn-class-2013-ed-results.html

I think it includes everything really well - I think the Columbia one this year was quite scant. So whoever’s going to fill in their results now, please use the 2013 format! Also - can we please decide who’s making the thread tomorrow? lol and we decided around 4:30 right?

Good luck again guysss. I suggest taking a nice hot shower because after that, you feel WAY too awesome to care about anything :)

I applied to 3 UC’s, and USC so far, besides Penn. It just hit me that we have less than one day left. I’m not sure how I will fall asleep tonight. One of my best friends just got accepted to Columbia, making me so anxious.

To be honest, I probably won’t post in the results thread. Sorry for being lame.
