<p>i got a second acceptance letter in the mail from CHE. wooooo. they also sent my credit evaluation so i’ll go look at that now. i hope they took most of my credits O_o</p>
<p>uh oh. i think they’re only taking 49 of my credits right now, and if they take my 2 APs that’ll total 55 out of my 74 :-/
meep. i was hoping they’d take 60 so i could lighten my load and take only 12 credits for the next 5 semesters. we’ll see how it works out.</p>
<p>I just received my NetID in the mail! I also spoke with financial aid the day before yesterday and they said my financial aid package will be available to view online next week. The receptionist was able to tell me my family’s expected contributions and they were surprisingly low… we’ll see how much of the package includes student loans, though. She couldn’t discuss the details of the package, just the contributions. I’m sure all of you will be receiving this stuff soon too… if you haven’t already.</p>

guys, i jsut turned on my laptop and it wouldn’t show anything. I mean it worked normally(i even heard the OS working), but the screen would be like a TV video mode, on but black. I just connected it to a lcd monitor, and i can see everything there.

<p>I just wanted to let you know that I got my NetID in the mail today. For some curious reason I tried to view my FINAID info -it worked. I went to student center, followed the links, and there it was. I’m so thrilled that Cornell came through. This education would have been impossible without such a generous package.</p>
<p>idc how many of my credits they take, I want to take as many classes as possible at Cornell (didn’t I say I wouldn’t be on until monday? lol…) </p>

I had a crack on the inside of my LCD screen and I had to shell out $250-300 i think? But I sent it away to ‘Mission Repair’ because Apple charges you basically for a new computer, they’re ■■■■■■■■.</p>
<p>Black Friday at Target was crrraaaaAAAAAZZZZyyy but still alright. It was weird, since I came in at 4:45, I had my ‘lunch’ at 9:15. I was like, I’m eating chicken for breakfast right now…(they provided us with food from some grill nearby.) So tired…I’m gonna go fiddle on Sims 3, then crash.</p>

<p>Obviously you already received your financial aid package? Did you get any kind of email along with your info? I tried to see my fin aid package through the student center and it read “Inquiry denied.” I was told I would receive an email regarding it this week…</p>

<p>Maclen, I’m sure you’ll get something tomorrow or Monday. They can’t hold out on yours forever…my guess is yours was a difficult decision, so they had to spend some time on it. If it’s not there by Monday, I’d call and badger for your results. </p>
<p>@seren: Target had some pretty sweet deals on TVs, small appliances, vests, $4 Dvds, and Tomtoms.</p>
<p>I don’t think his decision had to be deliberated upon more than anyone else’s.</p>
<p>Odds are that his app was reviewed on a later date than ironic’s and since he lives in Cali, its taking longer for him to get his letter.</p>
<p>He has a 4.0, so I seriously doubt that he would be rejected.</p>

<p>rolemodel, i went (go?) to stony brook. they’re taking 49 right now and as i said, 55 with APs, and technically with 45 i’m right on track because i’m going to be a second semester sophomore. i would have liked them to take 60 because it would mean that i could lighten my load for my semesters spent at cornell. i’ll have to take a closer look at the distribution and see if i can move things around at all and make it work out better. maybe i’ll shoot them an e-mail or i’ll force andy to help me since he had some distribution issues at first too. i need to put my cornell sticket on my car soon hehe. </p>
<p>sidenote: anyone else having trouble getting motivated to do the rest of their work? it’s like i’m leaving, so i don’t feel like dealing with your nonsense assignments. it’s like senioritis all over again</p>

<p>hahaha azu that’s exactly me. i have 2 papers due next week that i obviously didn’t start. one 5-page one for sociology and one 8-page one for history. i think i might have 2 tests on wednesday (…didn’t study yet for these either). and the rest of school is going to basically be me scrambling to get things done. i made andy send me cornell pictures so that i can look at them on my phone during class and try to motivate myself lol</p>
