<p>To answer your question from the other day, I spoke to a lady from the ILR admissions office on the phone as well (are there any male receptionists in that office?) And no, they didn’t ask me for my last name. I guess she just asked that to see if they had already made a decision for you.</p>
<p>so I am confused. east. have we decided if we are hearing over the self service portal or via snail mail?</p>
<p>I’m really not sure. I think I’ll just call again tomorrow to see if the answer is any different since I’m hearing conflicting reports.</p>

<p>News for ILR applicants:</p>
<p>I called again this morning and specifically asked if we’d only be notified via regular mail or if our self-service portals would be updated. The woman told me that they’re not updating self-service this year, but they would be sending letters and e-mails. She also said that some decisions were made yesterday and asked me for my last name. I asked why she asked for my name and she said that she was trying to see if a decision had been made on my behalf yet, so I’m assuming that they’ll have no problem telling us what the deal is over the phone once they make a decision.</p>
<p>East…u didn’t tell us what she said after you gave her ur name!! R u falling, flying, or dangling over the edge???

<p>And yea, I believe they’d tell you over the phone if they have a decision for you. It would be pretty sadistic for them to ask for your last name only to say that they’ve made a decision but you’ll find out later.</p>

<p>nah, they’d tell you. Well I got my netID finally, but STILL no housing, and yes I saw your post Emine, I was just hoping they’d quicken the pace…I hoped incorrectly. lol.</p>
<p>Ugh, and now they’re saying they dont have the transcript from my summer CC where i took biology II, so i have to call THEM in the morning and make sure they sent one, because we paid for it already. Then I have to call my school and ask them to pull up our TAP award because my dad put down the code for Cornell for both fall/spring, even though it should be my CC for the fall, so we have to make sure that’s corrected so we get the money towards the fall semester…</p>
<p>THEN I have to go up to school at 9:30am to ask my chem teacher to explain why I got a 15/20 on my recent lab/he’s showing me how to correct it for more points because we ran out of time in today’s lab…</p>
<p>THEN I have to jet back down to my town to go to Khols to meet my grandmother to buy me the one shirt she’s getting me for x-mas or something like that.</p>
<p>THEN I work 11:45-5…THEN…I’ll collapse from knowing I wrote all this.</p>
<p>So yeah, hope it’s a good Friday for all the ILR dudes!</p>
