I’m taking a PSAT right now to corroborate my previous scores of 237 and 226. Will let you guys know my results when I’m done :).

Wow. Impressive!

Got a 228. I think I’m set :).

How do you already know your score?

He took a practice test :)

I’m using the Barron book for practice tests, but I’m not doing so well. Does the book accurately reflect the scores that I will get when I take the real thing? Also, there is no actual numerical scoring, just superior, very good, average, etc. Is there any way to know my approximate numerical score?

Yea I’m ready, taking mine on Wednesday. Still need to do the practice test this weekend.

Is the practice easier or harder than the actual? I’m planning on taking it tonight, I’m just wondering.

The practice test from the CollegeBoard is the same in difficulty as the real one, which is also from the CollegeBoard. Good luck everyone!

Yes. Take the 2011 practice PSAT. You can get one from your GC.

Or just take a SAT, and divide your score by 10:

https://satonlinecourse.collegeboard.com/SR/digital_assets/assessment/pdf/F4D31AB0-66B4-CE32-00F7-F5405701F413-F.pdf

^ I wouldn’t recommend using SAT scores to predict PSAT scores. You can use PSAT scores to project SAT scores because the SAT is harder, but you take it later, so these things cancel out. When you do it the opposite way, you’ll project a lower PSAT score because the SAT is harder and you are taking it at the same time as the PSAT.

Don’t, it sucks.

Additionally, if anyone needs practice PSATs, I have four that were previously administered (I’m pretty sure) provided to me by dark knight. PM me if you want them.

My SAT score and PSAT were VERY close to each other.

Got a 238 at testmasters but I think it mighta just been luck. Gonna try again tomorrow and see what I get.

Just got a 206 on the BB, then again I didn’t go back and use any extra time, it’s 10 o’clock, I’m super tired, and as I got to the writing in the end my motivation died and I got 61 in writing. Hopefully when it comes to the real thing I’ll be able to get 223+.

I have yet to look at the little help booklet the counselor made everyone take… I think it’s under the bed/on the floor somewhere… my roommate must hate me.

^you have a roomate?

^could be a boarding prep school.

Probably anyway looks like its an all nighter for me
