<p>Not to worried though. The practice tests were a piece of cake (averaged to 68 Writing and math, 77 CR) and it doesn’t actually count when you’re a sophomore.</p>
<p>@ZombieDante: I haven’t broken 180 yet either, hahaha. Butt, I’m going in with positive thinking and hopefully, I’ll do well. I’m not expecting anything miraculous. I’m hispanic, so if I get the NHRP thing, I’ll be more than happy. I’ma just get a good night’s rest, some breakfast in the morning, and try my best.</p>
<p>This thread is one of the few on this site that make me feel good about what I got, 201 as a sophomore on the practice test w/ no studying, most of you juniors will probably hate me for saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to tomorrow.</p>
<p>I’ll be happy if i get anything above 200 but satisfied with above a 190.</p>
<p>Im satisfied with a 170+ with highest score in my school again. Then i hope to bump 50+ points over the summer i hope lol</p>
<p>Junior here, but not taking it till saturday. Got a 206 on the practice test with no studying and not really doing full effort. I think this means I’m going to be borderline for NMS, don’t know what I can do in the last 4 days to get ready though.</p>

<p>So how did everyone due? I just figured out I got one question wrong…(the one with retraction vs con-something…)</p>
<p>It was retraction vs. concession. I ended up going with concession just based on context clues. What was the right answer?</p>
<p>I asked my teacher and she said concession. Does anyone remember the question and other answer choices though?</p>
<p>It was along the lines of this: Scientists have found water on mars, albeit the fact that it was found in the form of permafrost.</p>
<p>The part from “albeit” and on shows that the author was making a point for his argument, but <em>conceding</em> to a fact that slightly “dents” the point the author was making. If that made any sense.</p>
<p>ah i went with retraction because it was kind of referring back to the beginning of the sentence? i dunno. but yeah, it was between those two.</p>
