I was eating 90% previously, but it started to get out of hand (how much I eating), and I thought maybe the reason was because of the sucrose in it, so I switched to 100%, but I’m still eating it rapaciously. I already had 350 calories of it today. This is not a good sign! I need to ration myself. Any advice?</p>

<p>Well, I adapted to the point where 90% seemed very sweet, so once I was there 100% was the new 90%. What brand of 85% do you eat? Why have you eaten such dark chocolate in your life?</p>
