i REALLY have to resolve one conundrum:

WHY am i SO distractible during the daytime, and SO efficient during the nighttime? (when I’m not feeling so sleepy). unless certain chemicals (and interactions between them) associated with night-time and all-nighters induce me to actually focus.

is it really all the outside activities? I don’t know, but it’s nothing EXCITING comes in my inbox during daytime. besides, sometimes exciting things come in my inbox during nighttime and i’m less distractible then.

so then what? maybe it’s that i keep on thinking about WHAT ELSE TO DO during daytime? maybe i always think about checking the latest RSS feeds or hacker news or reddit or whatever? i don’t think that explains it all.

but still. I ALWAYS daydream or think about “OMG WHAT ELSE IS MORE EXCITING” whenever i’m studying during the day. it just doesn’t happen during night.
