Why do whites discriminate against Asians?

Whiskey = tool

Good point.

It’s my belief that those who are most adamant about the existence and importance of race are those who most desperately want a tribal identification system that asks absolutely nothing of them in order to join (since you’re born into a race) and almost never expels them (since you can’t shed your own skin).

Basically, they’re losers who want a no-questions-asked entry into a clique for life. They fear they may never fit in anywhere else by their own personal merits and qualities.

I think this issue is a bit overblown… everyone almost everyone is sterotyped in some way these days … and I dont think Asians are “discriminated” against.

There are some mildly threatening (in the big spectrum of racial discrimination) areas of discrimination against Asians, such as in elite college admissions and media portrayal. But honestly, these are not particularly serious and only affect privileged Asians who have the time and money to worry about college and media portrayal.

I feel like these things might get overblown because most Asians seem reluctant to venture outside of their ethnic groups. Therefore, they create or believe stories about a fictional and cartoonishly racist world out there.
