Why does Singapore Management University ask for the secondary school certificate (A Level certificate/high school diploma) as a requirement for the postgraduate programs in finance etc…?
Do they only need it to make sure the applicant graduated from high school or do you consider the marks/grades that were accomplished during high school for measuring how qualified your applicant is ???</p>
